On the afternoon of March 13, the donation ceremony for the "CHAOS Data Scholarship" washeld.Attendees included Yang Shifei, Chairman of Nanjing CHAOS Data Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CHAOS Data), Xu Xu, General Manager, Yang Bao, Business Director, He Anrui, Party Secretary of the Institute of Engineering Technology (hereinafter referred to as IET), Zhu Wenliang, Deputy Director of the Alumni Office and Foundation Office of USTB, and Jing Fengwei, Deputy General Manager of Design and Research Institute of USTB Co., Ltd., (DRI). The ceremony was presided over by Zhang Yongjun, Dean of IET.

Zhu Wenliang delivered a welcome speech, expressing gratitude to CHAOS Data for its long-term support to USTB. He stated that as a benchmark enterprise in emerging industrial intelligence, CHAOS Data shares highly consistent development goals with USTB in intelligent operation & maintenance and energy optimization. USTB will standardize and properly utilize the donated funds, deepen integration of industry and education, cultivate high-caliber talents, support the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry, and jointly pursue win-win development through university-enterprise cooperation.

Yang Shifei reviewed the industrial-university-research achievements jointly made by both sides in intelligent operation & maintenance and energy optimization. He mentioned that this donation embodies the enterprise’s commitment to higher education and its expectation for nurturing young scientific researchers. He hoped to further deepen integrated industry-university-research cooperation with USTB and IET to cultivate more interdisciplinary talents proficient in technology, capable of practical work and endowed with a strong sense of responsibility.

Witnessed by all participants, Yang Shifei and He Anrui signed the donation agreement on behalf of their respective parties.

Zhu Wenliang presented a donation certificate to the enterprise.

Both sides also held in-depth discussions on talent cultivation, collaborative scientific research, achievement transformation and large model development.
