As the Spring Festival approaches, we celebrate a major milestone! On February 10, 2026, the rolling project of Jinan Steel Group completed a one-gosuccessful hot load test. Undertaken by IET,USTB for the full-line automatic design, equipment supply and commissioning, this project marks a solid step for the high-end, intelligent and green transformation of the iron and steel industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, presenting an outstanding technological achievement for the Spring Festival.

As a key project for Jinan Steel Groupto optimize product mix and enhance core competitiveness, this project targets the production of high-quality plates and high-grade special steel. Combining advanced process equipment and intelligent control solutions, it is capable of rolling ultra-thin hot rolled strips with superior surface quality and mechanical performance. The products are widely used in high-end manufacturing, home appliances, automobile, pipeline and other key fields, providing high-quality steel materials to support the upgrading of downstream industrial chains.

From design and technical research to on-site commissioning, IET,USTB leverages full-chain expertise in metallurgical engineering and intelligent control as the core technical support for the project. Our team takes charge of the integration and commissioning of primary basic automation, secondary process control models, tertiary Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and instrumentation for the entire production line. With reliable control schemes and efficient on-site services, we ensure smooth equipment operation and stable process parameters, with product dimensional accuracy and strip profile quality meeting standards at the first trial run.
