Main functions:

The hot rolling mill (experimental use) is much smaller than the one used in industrial production. It is a single-stand reversing hot rolling mill with 350-mm width four rollers, two replaceable rollers as well as front and rear rollers, which can achieve rough rolling and finishing rolling, without special equipment for descaling, shearing and coiling. The rolling mill is mainly used for heating, rolling and cooling experiments of rolled specimens, physical simulation of the heating temperature, pass reduction and cooling process, and structure and performance analysis and testing of rolled specimens to obtain reasonable and optimized rolling process parameters, so as to provide experimental data for industrial production.

Rapid cooling device after rolling: laminar flow water curtain, corresponding to 25 mm, cooling rate: 20°C/s
