Tension Simulation Cold Rolling Mill

Location: Rolling Workshop of Science and Technology Building14-张力模拟四辊冷轧试验机-小.jpg

Person-in-charge: Chen Guangxiu

Tel.: 62332598-6205

Main functions:

A set of tension simulation devices are arranged in front of and behind the four-roll cold rolling mill to perform cold rolling testing of precision strip steel and non-ferrous metal, under set tension. The tension before and after each rolling pass is computer controlled. The parameters can be set in the calculating screen, and multi-pass rolling can be completed automatically.

Main rolling varieties: plain carbon steel, carbon steel and low alloy steel; product grades: CQ, DQ & HSLA; supports rolling of non-ferrous metals: magnesium, aluminum, copper and other difficult-to-form metals.

Main technical parameters:

Roll surface width: 400 mm

Working roll size: φ175-155 × 430 mm

Backup roll size: φ380-350 × 430 mm

Raw material thickness: 1.5 ~ 4.0 mm (steel), 4.0 ~ 8.0 mm (aluminum)

Finished product thickness: 0.5 ~ 1.0 mm (steel), 0.05 ~ 0.5 mm (aluminum)

Belt width: 50 ~ 200 mm

Rolling pressure: 3,000 kN (max.)

Main motor power: DC250 kW

Rolling speed: 0 ~ 0.1 m/s
