Main functions:
The heat treatment device integrates functions of high-speed heating, rapid cooling, and direct control of specimen temperature and nitrogen atmosphere in the infrared gold image furnace, and effectively realizes accurate simulation tests for continuous annealing heating, cooling and overaging of sheet steel.
(1) Multi-functional heat treatment system, including infrared gold image furnace, programmable temperature controller, quartz glass heating chamber, and rapid cooling chamber.
(2) The specimen can be moved back and forth between the heating and cooling chamber to achieve different heating/cooling rate, to meet the requirements of multi-step heating and circulating heating.
(3) Adopts compressed nitrogen to accurately control the cooling rate, to meet various heat treatment process requirements.
